Burgess Beds Guarantee

Burgess Beds will either repair or replace free of charge any part of the product which becomes defective within five years from the date of purchase due to either faulty material or poor workmanship. Faults resulting from misuse of the product will not be covered
Examples of such misuse would include:

• Allowing the product to become soiled or unsanitary.
• Subjecting the product to excessive wear and tear.
• In the case of the mattress, using it with a base for which it was not designed.
• Folding/Rolling the mattress or storing the mattress in unsuitable conditions.
• Damage by using the bad for which it was not designed i.e. jumping on bed.

Where a divan base only or mattress only is repaired or replaced, Burgess do not guarantee to match the cloth on the other part of the bed.

Consumers have legal rights under national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods. This guarantee does not affect those rights.

This guarantee applies in the united kingdom only.
