Choosing Your Bed

Below are standard guidelines that manufacturers and retailers offer to assist in the choice of a bed that suits you. Again, they are only guidelines and we would never recommend that you purchase a bed without trying it.

Lying on your back, slide your hand between the base of your spine and the mattress. If you cannot easily do that then the mattress may be too soft. If there is a hollow, the mattress may be too firm. Ideally your hand should just be a snug fit.

If there is an extremely large discrepancy between a couples weight then two different tension mattresses can be zipped together. For more information see the zipping and linking section.
