4'6" x 6'3" Chartwell mattress on a 14" Sprung Edge Divan featured in Gold Leaf ticking.

The Chartwell is a newly developed mattress thats fits perfectly into the Burgess pocketed range between the Highgrove and Sandringham.

Filling Specification

Hessian insulator which is hand stitched to the spring, rolled long stranded white hair, pure new lambs wool with cambric lining, cashmere, loose wool and layers of superior white cotton.

Finishing Specification

The border is finished with three rows of hand side stitching and is tufted with pure worsted wool tufts secured by hand with twine. Six reinforced flag stitched handles are added to double sizes along with solid brass ventilators, which allow the mattress to breathe.

Spring Specification

1964 individually hand nested centre tied pocketed springs in a standard king size, which are compression encased in hardwearing calico.
